At APN, we understand that some filtration projects require specialized filtration parts. For this reason, we fabricate custom vessels and header manifolds to fit your precise specifications. We use t-drills with digital read out and ball pulling to create 1/2” to 6” branches on 1 1/2″ to 10″ tube and Schedule 10 pipe. Each vessel or header can reach a maximum of 20′ in length and is fabricated from 304L or 316L stainless steel.
We will use your specific dimensions, lengths, diameters, and material requests to complete your order. Bead blasting, electropolishing, and passivation of welds are also available upon request.
